Create Your Life Consciously

Your thoughts are powerful tools to improve your life.

Why should you bother with changing your thoughts?

If your thoughts are negatively spun they impact on your levels of self-esteem, self-confidence and can hinder your motivation, creativity and success in life. Also, whether people are aware of it or not they feel the energy vibration you are giving off through your thought patterns, feelings and emotions. By having uplifting positive thoughts in your mind people will be more attracted to you, eager to spend time with you and your relationships will improve.

Take some time throughout your day to watch your thoughts and notice what's going on in your mind. One of the best ways of doing this is to start journalling. Take 5 minutes of your day and write down everything thought scrolling through your mind.

You might discover thoughts that are embarssing, judging, overly critical, negative, put downs, and so on. THESE are the thoughts you want to change. Once you are aware of them through your journalling you can take action to change them.

Changing your thought patterns is a simple process, but it does require some dedication. Watch your thoughts with care throughout the day. Remain vigilant to find any negatively based ones. When you come across a negative thought  - sometimes playing like a record in your mind without your immediate conscious knowledge of it - tell it to STOP. Then replace it with a positive thought.

For instance, if you tend to be judgemental towards other people (secretly in your mind) and through journalling you become aware of this THOUGHT HABIT... stop the judgement and replace it with something more positive. It will sound something like this:

"Oh wow, she looks awful today."  STOP  - A positive thought, "She has such a nice smile."

Choose your thoughts with care and change any negatives to positives. You will feel happier and more joyful.

In addition - Did you know that your thoughts, by themselves, are incapable of realising truth? They are not facts. Thoughts are not knowledge, but instead a condition of the limitations of society’s constructs. You only 'become what you think' if you engage with your thoughts as truth. Only then do thoughts transform into a belief system which have the potential to create your reality. But do not believe everything you think. Many thoughts are ‘programs’ you learned throughout your childhood and life’s experiences – these are set within the confines of the structure of society’s structures and rules. It is therefore important to explore the impact of your thoughts on the quality of your life. Make them more personal attuned to your dreams and goals.

Carefully choose a way of thinking that will enhance your quality of life and will create the life you desire. Certain thought patterns have the power to suppress your ultimate potential just as much as other thought patterns have the power to make your dreams come true. Watch your thoughts with care and make a conscious choice which ones you want to resonate with. Set free your inner awesomeness and improve your life!
